about me
hi, i'm talia mann!
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California specializing in eating disorders, addiction, trauma, grief, and anxiety. I provide virtual therapy throughout California for adolescents and adults struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, binge eating, substance use, anxiety, trauma, grief, and difficult emotional patterns around food and self-worth.
I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Psychological Trauma from Antioch University Los Angeles. I began my clinical training at Beit T'Shuvah, a residential addiction treatment center, where I supported individuals navigating addiction, trauma, and co-occurring mental health challenges.
My background includes working with adolescents and adults in higher levels of care for eating disorders and addiction, including PHP and IOP programs, as well as individual and group therapy in private practice. I have experience supporting clients with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, OCD, addiction, trauma, grief, and anxiety.
My approach is collaborative, relational, and tailored to each person. I integrate evidence-based therapies, including IFS, CBT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change.
At the core of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are, without feeling like you need to have it all together.
